Juicy chicken zrazy with processed cheese: tender and delicious
Chicken fillet is an ideal product for making delicious cutlets, chops and salads. It can also be used to make juicy meatballs, zrazy, and pate.
A cook shared a recipe for delicious, juicy chicken zrazy made with processed cheese and boiled eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 800 g
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- cream (preferably fat) - 100 ml.
- spices - to taste
- oil for frying
- flour
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the fillet in a blender or meat grinder (or buy ready-made minced meat). Add grated boiled eggs, cream, slightly frozen grated processed cheese, and spices. Mix and refrigerate for an hour.
2. Form the zrazy with wet hands, roll in flour and fry in oil in a pan over low heat for 5-6 minutes. Turn over and fry under the lid for another 5 minutes.
3. Place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
