Kebabs are best made from chicken and pork. It is very important to make a good marinade when cooking.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very juicy, tasty chicken kebab with bacon.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken thigh fillet - 1 kg
  • Bacon - 600 g

Marinade:

  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 1 tbsp. l
  • Pepper - 2 tsp.
  • Barbecue spices - 2 tsp.
  • Thyme or rosemary
  • Oil

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the meat well and add all the marinade ingredients.

2. Mix well and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

3. Put the bacon on the foil, top with the meat and roll it up. Insert the skewers and cut.

4. Fry for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
