Juicy chicken rolls with ricotta and herbs: the easiest recipe
Chicken fillet can be used to make delicious chops, rolls, as well as juicy cutlets, salads, and spreads. If you want to cook a whole fillet, be sure to cook it with cheese and herbs as these two products will add juiciness to it.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 4 pcs.
- ricotta - 400 g
- parsley, bunch
- cream - 350 g
- oil for frying
- salt, spices, garlic
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the fillets, dry them with a paper towel and cut each in half. You should get 8 large pieces. Beat each with a hammer and season with salt and pepper.
2. Mix ricotta, herbs, salt, spices and garlic in a bowl.
4. Put the filling on the fillet and roll it up. You can fix it with a toothpick. Pour vegetable oil into a well-heated pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
5. Put the rolls in a baking dish, cover with cream and cook in a preheated 180°C oven for 25-30 minutes.
