  • chicken fillet - 900 g.
  • salt, pepper - to taste.
  • butter - 100 g.
  • herbs - to taste.

  • milk - 20 g.
  • breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.
  • Parmesan or other cheese - 4 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet lengthwise.

2. Beat off, add spices.

3. Spread with butter, sprinkle with herbs.

4. Put a slice of hard cheese, wrap in rolls.

5. Dip the rolls in egg and milk, then in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

6. Put it on a baking dish covered with parchment and put it in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
