The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, juicy chicken breast with pesto sauce, cheese, and spinach.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 2 pcs.
- Pesto sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Sun-dried tomatoes – 2 tbsp.
- Mozzarella – 120 g
- Spinach – 10 g
- For the capers
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt, pepper, chili flakes – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet.
2. Spread it with pesto sauce, salt, and pepper, then put cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, capers and spinach on top.
3. Secure with a skewer.
4. Fry in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.
5. Then put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
