Juicy chicken fillet with cheese, spinach, and pesto for dinner: how to cook it right

Chicken breast can be used to make cutlets, chops, pates, and salads. It is also delicious baked with cheese and vegetables.

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, juicy chicken breast with pesto sauce, cheese, and spinach.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 2 pcs.
  • Pesto sauce – 2 tbsp. 
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 2 tbsp.
  • Mozzarella – 120 g
  • Spinach – 10 g
  • For the capers
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet.

2. Spread it with pesto sauce, salt, and pepper, then put cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, capers and spinach on top.

3. Secure with a skewer.

4. Fry in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.

5. Then put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C.
