To make the chicken fillet juicy when baked, it should be cooked with cheese, sauces, and vegetables, which will make the meat juicy and tender.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty and juicy chicken fillet with mozzarella and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 1 tomato
  • mozzarella
  • basil

Marinade:

  • salt
  • pepper
  • Italian herbs
  • oil

Method of preparation:

1. Brush the meat with spices and oil, leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.

2. Then make cuts and add the filling - mozzarella and tomatoes.

3. Bake in the oven at 190 C for 25 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave for another 20 minutes.
