Juicy chicken fillet: how to cook it right
To make the fillet juicy and soft, chefs advise cooking it with sauces, such as soy one. Add garlic, spices, and zest to spice it up.
A cook shared a recipe for a very juicy and tasty fillet with garlic and soy sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 500 g. of thigh fillets
- salt, spice mix for chicken
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 4-5 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 lemon
Method of preparation:
1. Season the fillet with salt, add spices and fry in a well-heated pan over high heat on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and remove from heat.
2. Reduce the heat to medium and add finely chopped garlic, honey, and soy sauce.
3. Put the meat in the sauce, add the zest of one lemon and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
