Juicy bell peppers with a crust: what to cook with
Seasonal bell peppers can be a great addition to salads, wraps, and soups. It can also make a great hot appetizer on its own. If you choose the right filling, the vegetable will turn out to be very juicy, hearty, and crispy. In addition, the dish is quite budget-friendly.

Ingredients:
- large pepper – 6-7 pcs
- minced meat – 400 g
- onion – 1 pc
- carrots – 1 pc
- boiled rice – 2-3 spoons (or to taste)
- tomato paste/sauce – 200 g
- hard cheese – 100 g
- salt, spices, herbs – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, peel out the middle, put them on a baking sheet, and lightly drizzle with oil and salt. Bake until soft for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. At this time, stew the filling. Add the minced meat, boiled rice, salt and spices, tomato paste, and tomato paste to the diced onion and grated carrots, and simmer until tender. Sprinkle with herbs.
3. All that remains is to add the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake until it melts (about 15 minutes at 180 degrees).
