Barbecue is a dish that everyone loves. It is made from different meats, and the most important thing is to make the right marinade. To make the meat juicy and tender, cooks advise making a marinade of kefir, as well as mineral water and wine. As a rule, it is grilled on the grill, but it can also be cooked in the oven.
Cook Olha Matvii shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious barbecue that you can quickly cook in the oven with vegetables.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 3 pcs
- Onion – 1 pc
- Carrot – 1 pc
- Zucchini – 0.5 pcs
- Chicken fillet – 3 pcs
- Paprika, pepper, garlic – to taste to taste
- Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs
- Oil – 20 ml
- Vinegar 9% – 2-3g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel them, cut them randomly, and boil them.
2. Add pepper and salt.
3. Chop onions, carrots, zucchini, or other vegetables.
4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and put the onion in half rings.
5. Put the chopped carrots and zucchini on top and season with salt and pepper.
6. Cut the meat into 3*3 pieces, season with paprika and garlic.
7. Pour the oil and lemon juice over the meat and let it marinate.
8. Preheat the oven to 200-220 C.
9. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet with vegetables.
10. Thread the meat onto skewers and place on top.
11. Bake for 40 minutes at 200-220 C.
