Juicy and tender tenderloin kebab: we tell you what to marinate and how long
Shish kebab can be made from any meat, even fish and pita bread. But it is very important to know that the taste of the dish depends entirely on the marinade.
Chef Valerii Ponomar shared a recipe for a very juicy and tasty tenderloin kebab on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Tenderloin (fillet) - 1 kg
- Rosemary 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Hot pepper - 1/2 pc. (if you like it hotter, you can use a whole one)
- Sea salt - 2/3 tsp.
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Oil - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the meat from the film, it is most convenient to put the film down and press a knife to the board, cut without loss of pulp.
2. Cut it into pieces 2-2.5 cm thick; if the tenderloin is large, you can cut it lengthwise into two pieces.
3. For the marinade: be sure to grind all the spices together so that they give their maximum flavor to the meat.
4. Pour the marinade over the meat, stir, and immediately grill the meat on the coals for about 10-12 minutes.
