Chicken fillets are often dry and tough. To prevent this, cook it with cream and cheese.

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, juicy fillet with cream, Parmesan and garlic.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet
  • 250 g of cream 15% of cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper on both sides and fry for 3.5 minutes on both sides in a well-heated frying pan. The secret of the golden crust is that you don't need to touch the fillet during this time!

2. Next, add finely chopped onion, garlic, cream, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, herbs and grated hard cheese.

3. Then put the fillet in the sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes. If the sauce is too thick, you can dilute it with boiled water or broth!

Garnish with parsley, tomatoes and a generous sprinkle of cheese when serving!
