Juicy and soft kebabs in the oven: what to marinate the meat in
If the weather is bad outside, you don't have to deny yourself kebabs as you can cook them in the oven. The most important thing is to marinate the meat properly. For this, you need a few simple ingredients.
The idea of cooking juicy meat kebabs in the oven was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Daria Vistovska (vistovska cooking). The neck is best suited for this.
Ingredients:
- meat (neck) - 1.5 kg.
- onions - 2-3 pcs.
- spices for meat
- a mixture of herbs
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the meat into large pieces.
2. Season with all the listed spices.
3. Add the sliced onion rings.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Leave to marinate overnight.
6. Bake at 230 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes.
7. Turn over periodically.
