Juicy and hearty French-style meat in the oven: be sure to cook for lunch
For a hearty meal to be satisfying, it must include meat and vegetables. All these products are perfectly combined in the following dish. French-style meat is lean because it is cooked in the oven, and the melting cheese adds a special flavor.

Ingredients:
- meat to taste
- potatoes
- tomatoes
- onions
- mushrooms
- mayonnaise/sour cream
- favorite spices
- cheese, herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Cut and pound the meat.
2. Marinate in mayonnaise or sour cream, your favorite spices.
3. Fry the mushrooms with the onion until golden brown.
4. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
5. Season with potato spices, sour cream or mayonnaise.
6. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil.
7. Add the marinated meat, potatoes, mushrooms and tomatoes.
8. Bake for about an hour at 190 degrees, until the potatoes are tender.
9. Sprinkle with cheese and greens, bake for another 10 minutes.
