Many people believe that there is nothing difficult about cooking steak and that it is enough to just throw a piece of meat into a pan with salt and pepper.
However, true meat connoisseurs and the famous chef Jamie Oliver think otherwise. It turns out that there is a whole technology of proper cooking, thanks to which steaks are extremely tasty, juicy and flavorful. He told the Mirror how to do it right.
Ingredients
- meat steak of your choice
- olive oil
- sea salt
- black pepper
- onion or garlic - ½ pc
- butter and oil
Method of preparation
1. Rub the steak with olive oil, salt and pepper on all sides.
2. Put it on a hot frying pan and cook for 6 minutes, turning every minute.
3. Halve a clove of garlic and rub it over the steak every time you turn it over.
4. Rub the steak with a piece of butter too.
5. Take your favorite herbs and make a 'brush'. Use it to cover the steak with the fat that has dripped into the pan every time you turn it over.
6. When the steak is ready, put it on a wooden board and leave it to rest for two minutes.
