Jacket potatoes with herring filling: recipe for the most delicious appetizer
Herring and potatoes are two excellent ingredients for preparing very healthy and tasty dishes, including salads, sandwiches, and zrazy. It is worth noting that these two products go well together.
Cook and food blogger Anastasia Solopiy shared a recipe for delicious jacket potatoes with herring filling on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 kg
- herring fillet - 150 g
- pickled mushrooms - 100 g
- butter - 50-70 g
- red onion - 1/2 pc
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- oil - 1-3 tbsp
- salt - to taste
- green onions - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the potatoes.
2. Brush them with oil and rub with salt.
3. Then put them in foil and bake at 200 C for about 1 hour.
4. For the filling, mix finely chopped onion and mushrooms, lemon juice, herring, and sour cream.
5. Take out the potatoes, mash each one a little with a fork, put some butter and filling inside, and sprinkle with green onions.
