  3. The dough should be left to rise – only in a warm place without drafts.
  4. Once it's ready, knead it until it stops sticking to your hands.
  5. Always use cold water for the dough, which will help maintain its elasticity.
  6. Add olive oil, it will give a very pleasant flavor to the dough.

Pizza recipe with salami, mushrooms and cheese

Homemade pizza


  • water - 1 cup
  • wheat flour - 2 cups
  • dry yeast - 1 tsp.
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
  • tomato sauce - 6 tbsp.
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • salami - 100 g
  • mushrooms - 4 pcs.
  • mozzarella cheese - 300 g
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Make a dough: heat the milk well, pour it into a small bowl, add the yeast, sugar, salt, water, and 1 cup of flour, mix, and leave for 15 minutes until the yeast "ferments".
  2. After the time has elapsed, sift the remaining flour into a large bowl, add salt, olive oil, and dough, and knead the dough well to make it dense and elastic.
  3. Put the dough on a surface, and knead it well, adding flour as needed.
  4. Afterward, brush with vegetable oil and cover with cling film, put it in a warm place for 2 hours to allow the dough to rise several times.
  5. When the dough is ready, divide it into several parts, each of which will be a separate pizza base.
  6. Most importantly, do not roll it with a rolling pin, but stretch it out with your hands so that it is thin.
  7. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil, place the dough, and brush with tomato sauce.
  8. Cut the tomatoes, mushrooms, and salami into rings and place them on the dough in a single layer.
  9. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top.
  10. Put the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 190 degrees.
