Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 3-4 pcs.
  • Fillet - 100 g
  • Milk - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
  • Greens - 1 bunch
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs and salt well with milk, add flour, and mix.
  2. Cut the fillet into medium cubes, and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
  3. Pour the egg and flour batter over it, and fry for about 3 minutes over low heat.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into half rings and put them on the dough.
  5. Grate the cheese, sprinkle over the tomatoes, and cover for 1 minute.

It is better to serve the dish immediately hot, you can eat it with fresh vegetables and herbs, and it will be very tasty and satisfying.
