The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared for you a recipe for a healthy and quick breakfast that takes only 5 minutes to prepare but will give you energy for several hours, as it consists of eggs, cheese, meat, and tomatoes.
Egg pancake with cheese and meat
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 3-4 pcs.
- Fillet - 100 g
- Milk - 2-3 tbsp.
- Cheese - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
- Greens - 1 bunch
- Butter - 20 g
- Salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs and salt well with milk, add flour, and mix.
- Cut the fillet into medium cubes, and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
- Pour the egg and flour batter over it, and fry for about 3 minutes over low heat.
- Cut the tomatoes into half rings and put them on the dough.
- Grate the cheese, sprinkle over the tomatoes, and cover for 1 minute.
It is better to serve the dish immediately hot, you can eat it with fresh vegetables and herbs, and it will be very tasty and satisfying.
