The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious sauerkraut with apple, which is easy to prepare and, most importantly, will be free of unpleasant odor.
Ingredients:
- cabbage – 3 pcs
- 2 carrots
- 5 pieces of bay leaf
- 10 pieces of black pepper
- 5-6 apples
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage, grate the carrots, mix, and mash well with your hands.
2. Peel the apples and slice them.
3. Put the cabbage and apples in a jar with the bay leaves and pepper.
Ferment for 3-4 days in a warm room!
