Recipe for biscuits with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • flour – 180 g
Galette dough
  • water – 70 ml
  • oil – 70 ml
Vegetable oil and tomatoes
  • baking powder – 0.5 tsp
  • salt – a pinch

For the sauce:

  • onion – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 1 pc.
Fresh garlic
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.

Vegetables for the filling:

  • mushrooms – 100 g
  • cherry tomatoes – 5-7 pcs.
Tomatoes for the filling
  • red onion – 1 pc.
  • Suluguni cheese – 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt and baking powder to the flour, pour in warm water and oil, and knead the dough. Put the dough on the parchment and leave it for 20 minutes.
