Ingredients:
- beets - 1 boiled or baked
- tahini - 2 tbsp
- lemon juice
- garlic
- pepper, salt
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake the beet.
2. Cut into convenient pieces.
3. Put into the blender bowl.
4. Add the remaining ingredients.
5. Beat until smooth.
6. If necessary, you can add a little water.
7. Add spices to taste.
8. You can spread it on fresh toast or use it as a salad dressing.
