Instead of cheesecakes: cottage cheese muffins with blueberries without flour, butter and milk
If you're already bored with the usual cheesecakes and casseroles, there's a great alternative – cottage cheese muffins. The dessert is based on homemade cottage cheese, eggs, and sweetener. There is no need to add milk, sour cream, kefir, or even flour. Instead, you can fill the muffins with your favorite berries or fruits. The result is delicious and not too high in calories.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese (soft) – 400 g
- chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- corn starch – 1 tbsp.
- sweetener – to taste
- favorite berries – 100 g
- vegetable oil – 5 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients (except berries) until smooth.
2. Put the resulting mass into molds greased with vegetable oil.
3. Put the berries on top.
3. Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
