If you love sausage, the best option is to make it at home from natural products, the only way you can be absolutely sure of its safety. To make homemade sausage, you only need a few ingredients: meat and spices.

Cook Olga Matviy shared a recipe for a delicious meatloaf with eggs on her YouTube channel, which will be even tastier than regular sausage (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Ingredients:

  • Minced meat - 350 g
  • Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Garlic - 3 cloves.

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, add to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.

2. Spread the mixture on a square baking sheet lined with parchment.

3. Place three boiled eggs in a row in the middle and roll into a tight roll, making sure to cover the sides with minced meat.

4. Wrap the roll in parchment, then in foil, and roll up the sides.

5. Transfer the finished roll to a small baking sheet or baking dish and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.

6. Let it cool and carefully cut through the foil and parchment and use a spatula to transfer it to a serving dish.

7. Sprinkle the completely cooled meatloaf with chopped onions.

This dish can be eaten with bread, made into sandwiches, and served with vegetables and sauce.
