Instead of a casserole: the perfect brownie with cheese for tea
A chocolate brownie with cottage cheese is an ideal option for those who are tired of the usual cottage cheese casserole. It turns out to be a very tasty and successful combination based on moist chocolate dough and delicate cottage cheese filling. This dessert is quite easy and quick to prepare, suitable for both breakfast and tea.
The recipe for brownies with cottage cheese filling was shared by food blogger Yuliia Mykulych on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- milk chocolate (or dark chocolate) – 90 g
- butter – 120 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- powdered sugar (can be sugar) – 120 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- wheat flour – 80 g
- cocoa – 20 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp
Cottage cheese filling:
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- sour cream – 100 g
- powdered sugar – 80 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- corn starch – 8 g (1 tbsp without a slide)
Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the filling, mix all the necessary ingredients and beat them with a blender until smooth.
2. Combine chocolate and butter in a small saucepan and melt until completely smooth over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool.
3. Beat the eggs with powdered sugar (or sugar) and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
4. Add the chocolate mixture to the eggs and beat until smooth.
5. Combine the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the chocolate mixture. Beat the dough until smooth.
6. Cover the mold with parchment. Put the majority of the dough.
7. Put the filling.
8. Put the rest of the chocolate dough, you can draw a pattern.
9. Bake at 170 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool the cake.
