We are used to the idea that kebabs are a fatty and hearty dish. It is made with different meats: pork, lamb or chicken. However, it's also possible to make this dish dietary. It will not be traditional, but it will be no less tasty.

ya_xudnu shared the idea for the dish on Instagram. This recipe uses minced meat because in this form, the meat is baked evenly and absorbs the flavors of onions and spices well.

Ingredients:

  • minced beef - 500 g
  • onion - 500 g
  • chopped tomatoes - 625 g
  • spices to taste
  • cilantro - 20 g
  • liquid smoke (optional) - 5 g
  • butter for greasing the mold - 3 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Add chopped herbs, liquid smoke and spices to the minced meat and mix well.
  3. Grease a baking sheet and put half the onion in one layer.
  4. Top with all the minced meat in one layer.
  5. Then add the rest of the onion and top with tomatos.
  6. Bake at medium temperature for 60-80 minutes.
