Young potatoes are a delicious and easy-to-cook vegetable. But if you're getting a little tired of boiled or stewed ones, we recommend that you check out this recipe.
A food blogger with the nickname nata cooking offered a great alternative on Instagram. She showed us how to make mini-pizzas using an extremely simple recipe, which are perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- young potatoes
- sausages
- cheese
- ketchup or tomato sauce
- oil
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- Italian herbs
Method of preparation
1. Boil the young potatoes in salted water until tender.
2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and put the potatoes on it.
3. Cover with the second half of the parchment and crush to form "cakes" for the future pizza.
4. Brush with oil and spices and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Cut the sausages and grate the cheese.
6. Spread the fried potatoes with ketchup, put the sausages on top and sprinkle with cheese.
7. Put it back in the oven for 10-20 minutes.
