  • shrimp
  • grapes
  • olives
  • permesan cheese
  • arugula or salad mix
  • lemon juice
  • dried garlic

Ingredients for the dressing

  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • grain mustard - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

1. Peel the shrimp and fry in olive oil on each side for 2 minutes.

2. Add a pinch of dried garlic and drizzle with lemon juice.

3. Put the salad mix, grapes, olives, and shrimp on a plate.

4. In a separate container, mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

5. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle with grated permesan on top.
