Ingredients
- Tartlets – 20 pcs
- Crab sticks – 200 gr
- Boiled eggs –3 pcs
- Hard cheese – 120 gr
- Fresh cucumber – 1 pc
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves
- Mayonnaise
- Greens – to taste
The method of preparation
1. Grate the crab sticks.
2. Grate hard cheese and boiled eggs on the same grater.
3. Chop the greens and add to the total mass along with the squeezed garlic.
4. Add mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
5. Season with salt to taste and mix again.
6. Put the filling in the tartlets and serve.
