Ingredients:
- Eggs - optional (1 egg for 1 muffin)
- Vegetables
- Meat or sausage
- Hard cheese
Method of preparation:
- Beat eggs with spices as desired.
- Chop the vegetables and meat you will use. Grate the cheese.
- Put the vegetable and meat mixture into the muffin tins first. Then pour in the egg mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese on top.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Vegetable frittata
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- White yogurt
- Olive oil
- Asparagus
- Leek
- Peas
- Spinach
- Hard cheese
- Herbs
How to cook:
- Fry the leeks for 3-4 minutes. Then add asparagus and simmer for 1-2 minutes. When they are cooked, add peas, spinach, salt and pepper. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
- Beat eggs, yogurt, salt and pepper. Pour into a saucepan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet, and sprinkle with vegetables and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with herbs before serving.
