How to wash fruits and vegetables from the market or store so that they are safe to eat
You don't need to buy any expensive and unusual products. You can just use baking soda.
1. Pour water into a deep dish.
2. Add one teaspoon of baking soda per liter of liquid.
3. Immerse the purchased fruits and vegetables.
4. Then take it out.
5. Rinse off the remaining soda with plain water.
And when the vegetables are washed, they can be used to make a delicious salad.

Ingredients:
- arugula – 1 bunch
- sweet red pepper – 1 pc
- cucumbers – 2 pcs
- chopped tuna – 1 can
- salt, pepper, or a mixture of peppers, and dried garlic – optional
- toasted sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
- olive oil – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables, and chop.
2. Add to the arugula.
3. Add the tuna, spices, oil, and mix well.
4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds on top.
5. Serve with black bread.
