A large amount of chocolate can mask the overripeness of an avocado. Therefore, it is a good idea to make brownies from this product. It is especially delicious with almonds.

This superfood will normalize skin condition, and make it radiant and moisturized due to fiber and healthy fats. The smoothie also removes toxins from the body and fights inflammation. It's especially good after a strenuous workout.
