How to turn cauliflower into a festive dish: an interesting idea
Cauliflower is a versatile product that can be the main ingredient in soups, casseroles, and steaks. Cauliflower can also be deliciously baked, fried, and served with sauces.
Cook Anastasia Solopiy shared a recipe for delicious baked cauliflower with two types of cheese and breadcrumbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 1 pc.
- cheese with mold - 30 g
- grated Parmesan cheese - 30 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- salt - to taste
- breadcrumbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the cabbage florets in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
2. Chop the blue cheese and grate the Parmesan finely. You can mix them or you can make 2 versions of cabbage with different breading.
3. Beat the egg with salt.
4. Dip the cooked cabbage in egg, cheese, breadcrumbs and place on a baking sheet. Alternatively, dip all the florets into a beaten egg, mix well, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.
