How to stuff potatoes quickly: an idea for a spectacular appetizer
One of the simplest dishes you can make with potatoes is boats. Any delicious filling is suitable here - it all depends on your budget, free time, and taste preferences. And despite the elementary nature of the dish, it's an ideal option for a hot holiday snack.

Recipe for potato boats

Ingredients:
- potatoes – 5-7 pcs
- minced meat (any) – 200 g
- tomatoes – 1 pc
- marinated mushrooms
- green onions
- salt, seasoning for potatoes
- olive oil
- garlic – 1-2 cloves
- cream 10-15% – 150 ml
- hard cheese – 50-70 g

Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins.
2. Peel, and cut each into two halves.

3. Remove the center to make boats.
3. Sprinkle them with spices and drizzle with oil.

4. Put the minced meat.
5. Top with sliced tomatoes and mushrooms.

7. Bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Remove, put slices of cheese on top (or grate), and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
