How to stuff peppers: unusual recipes from experts

Ingredients:
- Bell pepper - 8 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
- Couscous - 1 glass.
- Tomatoes in their own juice
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Favorite spices
- Herbs.
Method of preparation:
- Wash the pepper, core it, and cut off the top.
- Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil.
- Add grated carrots, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and spices.
- When the vegetables are soft, add the tomatoes. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Whisk the resulting mass with a blender.
- Pour the couscous with dill.
- Chop the fillet or grind it in a meat grinder. Mix with the cereal. Add herbs and spices to taste.
- Put the filling in the peppers. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake at 200 degrees until tender.

Ingredients:
- Bell pepper - 700-900 g
- Cottage cheese - 350 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Basil - 1 clove
- Salt
Method of preparation:
- Wash the peppers, remove the core, and cut them in half.
- Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and egg. Add basil, garlic, and salt.
- Cut the tomatoes in half. Add to the cheese mixture.
- Put the filling in the peppers.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
