Ingredients:

  • Bell pepper - 8 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • Couscous - 1 glass.
  • Tomatoes in their own juice
  • Garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Favorite spices
  • Herbs.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the pepper, core it, and cut off the top.
  2. Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil.
  3. Add grated carrots, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and spices.
  4. When the vegetables are soft, add the tomatoes. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Whisk the resulting mass with a blender.
  6. Pour the couscous with dill.
  7. Chop the fillet or grind it in a meat grinder. Mix with the cereal. Add herbs and spices to taste.
  8. Put the filling in the peppers. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  9. Bake at 200 degrees until tender.

Ingredients:

  • Bell pepper - 700-900 g
  • Cottage cheese - 350 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 100 g
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Basil - 1 clove
  • Salt

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the peppers, remove the core, and cut them in half.
  2. Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream and egg. Add basil, garlic, and salt.
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half. Add to the cheese mixture.
  4. Put the filling in the peppers.
  5. Bake at 200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
