How to stuff mushrooms: from cheese to chicken
Typically, mushrooms are used in soups, salads, or pies. Although they are a delicious addition, they can also be used and served as a main course. Stuffing mushrooms makes for a delicious appetizer.

Mushrooms with cheese
Ingredients:
- Cheese - 250 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Herbs
- Salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the mushroom caps from the stems.
2. Chop the mushroom stems with a knife and grate the cheese.
3. Add herbs, salt, pepper and mix well.
4. Put the filling into the caps. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
5. When the cheese starts to melt, put sour cream on each mushroom and put it back in the oven until the sour cream turns into a golden brown.
6. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
Mushrooms with chicken
Ingredients:
- Fillet - 0.5 kg
- Feta cheese - 60 g
- Mozzarella cheese - 120 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 30 ml
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the mushroom caps from the stems.
2. Grind the fillets and fry for 5 minutes.
3. Chop the legs and add to the chicken. Fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Mix flour, and sour cream and add to the chicken. Add salt and pepper. Stew until thickened. Cool.
5. Grate feta and chop parsley. Mix with the chicken.
6. Put the filling into the caps. Sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake at 180 degrees for 17 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
