3. Wrap the pieces in foil or parchment. The paper will get wet during freezing.

5. You can store yeast in the freezer for up to 6 months.

2. Put the required portion of frozen pieces on a plate.

3. Leave in the refrigerator at 4-6°C for 8 hours.

7. Do not close with lids.

8. Cover the top with a natural cloth and tie it with a thread.

9. Store in a dark, dry place for up to 6 months.

10. Store in the refrigerator for about a year.
