Proper nutrition should be constant, but you can start any day.

According to nutritionist Victoria Kliauz on Telegram, eating a kilogram of garlic today and a cake tomorrow will not help you.

How to start eating right:

  • Remove food that damages cells and loads the "defense" systems – all the same "old friends" sweeteners and trans fats. We take away sausages, confectionery, "colorful" yogurts, and store-bought jelly. On the contrary, we include natural yogurts in our meals.
  • Every day, we eat sources of vitamins: citrus fruits, apples, broccoli, cabbage, and whole grains.
  • Protein is antibodies, molecules that carry nutrients, enzymes... Many people limit their portions of protein foods to allow themselves a cookie "at the expense" of lunch. This is a mistake, give your body the material from which it will create an "army" to fight the virus.
  • Garlic, ginger, basil, turmeric, and cinnamon have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. But there is a limit to everything. It is important to maintain a balance.

No wonder food is an important component of a healthy lifestyle, its role in human life is enormous. But it is also important to follow other measures to prevent viral diseases. No need to run around the city in search of "deficient" garlic or onions.
