How to serve new potatoes deliciously: an idea for simple and low-fat frying
The season of new potatoes has begun. And this is exactly the kind of product that doesn't require long cooking and the addition of various ingredients. It is enough to just boil them and make a simple but very tasty and flavorful dressing. It goes perfectly with a fresh vegetable salad.

Ingredients:
- young potatoes, small
- onion
- sour cream (with 20% fat)
- garlic
- dill
Cooking method:
1. Boil the potatoes.
2. Fry the onion, add sour cream, salt, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
3. Drain the potatoes, add the roast, dill, squeeze the garlic, and salt to taste.
4. Mix well and serve immediately.
