How to serve lard with borscht: recipe for a win-win appetizer
Recipe for lard appetizer

Borsch with lard is always a win-win dish. But if you want to serve lard in a unique way or prepare an interesting appetizer for your guests, then a roll is exactly what you need. It's important to combine the spices well and not add too many of them to prevent it from turning out too spicy. The appetizer can be eaten on its own or with sauce, bread, and onions.

Chef Anatoliy (dobrovolskiy_hchef) shared the recipe for lard roll on his Instagram page.
