How to separate fish from bones without a knife: a simple method

When cooking fish dishes, there is always a problem with bones because it is quite problematic to remove them. It is especially unpleasant when they are found in a ready-made dish. But in the case of hake, everything is quite simple. You can separate the bones from this fish without any extra effort in a matter of minutes.

Fish preparation technology

Cutting off the fins.

1. Cut off the fins of the hake with scissors.

2. Boil a small amount of water in a frying pan.

Steaming the fish.

3. Put the fish in the pan.

Covering with a lid.

4. Put the lid on.

Hake fillet.

5. Steam on both sides, turning over from time to time.

This fish is very convenient for making delicious fish cakes. The idea was shared by MasterChef project participant Tetyana Ilyina on Instagram.

Cooking minced fish.

Ingredients:

  • hake fillet - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrot - 1 pc.
  • raw potatoes - 1 pc.
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

Ready-made cutlets.

1. Prepare the fillets using the method described above.

2. Peel the vegetables and cut them to taste.

3. Put everything in the blender bowl.

4. Grind until almost homogeneous.

5. Form and fry the cutlets as usual.
