How to salt red fish in summer: a safe marinade recipe from a nutritionist
Fish is an essential product of a balanced diet for every person. Experts recommend eating any fish 2-3 times a week, which is enough to avoid a deficiency of the vitamins, minerals, and fats that are found in fish. It is worth noting that any fish is very easy to prepare: you can bake it, steam it, make delicious, light cutlets, and pies, stew it with vegetables, cook soups, as well as salt and pickle it.
Nutritionist Olena Piddubna shared on Instagram a recipe for a very successful marinade for red fish, which will make it tender and moderately salty.
