How to salt red fish deliciously and quickly: we share the recipe for the best marinade
Red fish is a very healthy and tasty product, rich in vitamin D, and it also contains half of the daily value of B12, as well as a lot of phosphorus and potassium, which strengthen bones and slow down the aging process. It can be used to make delicious salads and snacks, as well as salted, baked, and souped.
Cook Inna shared a recipe on Instagram for a marinade for red fish that will be ready in 24 hours.
Ingredients:
- salt - 1-2 tbsp. l.
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- cognac - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix sugar with salt, add cognac, mix.
2. Rub the fish well on all sides.
3. Transfer to a glass container and cover, leave for 24 hours.
After the finished fish can be used to make salads and snacks!
