Ingredients:
- 1 kg of fish (trout or salmon)
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the fish and remove the bones and skin.
2. Cut into medium-sized pieces and rub well with salt.
3. Put in a glass dish and leave in the refrigerator for 12-14 hours.
4. Then rinse the fish, dry it and you can eat!
