Pumpkin chips
- pumpkin – 250 g
- sunflower oil – 150 g
- soft cream cheese – 100 g
- dill, parsley – 1 bunch each
- paprika – 1 tsp
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Peel the pumpkin, be sure to remove the seeds and cut it into slices as thinly as possible.
- Put in a bowl, season well with salt, and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- After that, fry the pumpkin in vegetable oil and put it on a paper towel to absorb all the fat. That's it, the healthy chips are ready.

2. Carrot chips
- carrots – 3 pcs
- olive oil – 2 tsp
- curry powder – 1 tsp
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Thinly slice or grate the carrots, put them in a large bowl, and add vegetable oil, a little salt, pepper, and any spices to your taste, and mix well.
- Put the finished carrots on a baking sheet covered with parchment or you can simply grease it with oil and put it in the oven.
- Dry the chips on each side for 20 minutes at 165 ° C.

3. Beetroot chips
Ingredients:
- beets – 2 pcs
- olive oil – 1 tbsp
- rosemary – 2-3 sprigs
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the beets and cut them into thin slices, then place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
- Drizzle with a little oil, season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 135°C, until crispy brown.
4. Zucchini chips
Ingredients:
- zucchini – 4 pcs
- olive oil – 2 tbsp
- apple or wine vinegar – 2 tbsp
- ground red pepper – ¼ tsp
- basil, coriander, salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices or slices, mix with olive oil, vinegar and seasonings, and salt to taste.
