  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash, peel, and cut the pumpkin into small cubes.

2. Heat a frying pan and fry the pumpkin in vegetable oil, add honey, and cook for about 1-2 minutes, but make sure the pumpkin is firm inside.

3. Put the pumpkin in a bowl, add lettuce leaves, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, salt, and pepper, add cheese, drizzle with oil, and serve a delicious salad.
