Salads take one of the main places on the festive table because they are tasty, light, and quick to prepare. They are best made with simple ingredients, such as vegetables, fish, and eggs, and not store-bought mayonnaise.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared on his website recipes for healthy salad dressings that will bring out the flavor of the dishes and won't harm the body.

1. Creamy parmesan sauce

Ingredients:

  • cream - 100 ml
  • Parmesan or any hard cheese - 100 g
  • salt, pepper - a pinch
  • nutmeg - a pinch
  • thyme - to taste
  • cloves - a few pieces

Method of preparation:

1. Heat the cream, add the grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and all the spices, mix thoroughly and pour over the salad.

The chef said that this sauce is best suited for seafood salads.

2. Honey sauce for salads

Ingredients:

  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Mix honey with oil in a bowl, and mix well.

2. Add salt and pepper, mix thoroughly again, and add to the finished salad.

Klopotenko recommends using this sauce for salads with chicken and citrus.

3. Aioli sauce

Ingredients:

  • garlic - 2 cloves.
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil - 100 ml
  • salt - a pinch
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation:

1. Mix chopped garlic with salt in a mortar and pestle or in a blender.

2. Mash the mixture well and add the egg yolks.

3. Next, add the mustard and pour in the oil, stirring all the time to make the sauce smooth.

4. Finally, add the lemon juice and stir.

This sauce goes well with vegetables and tuna.
