How to replace flour in pancakes: a low-calorie dough option

To make a homogeneous mass for the pancake batter, flour is added according to a traditional recipe. But if you suddenly run out of it or don't use this ingredient for some reason, you can use another ingredient. The dish will be less caloric, and its taste will pleasantly surprise you.

The idea of making pancakes without flour was published on the gordienkodietolog Instagram page. According to this recipe, starch is added to the dough.

Ingredients:

  • kefir (white yogurt or ryazhenka) – 200 ml
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • sugar – 0.5 tbsp
  • starch (potato, corn) – 3 tbsp with a slide
  • soda – 1\3 tsp
  • boiling water – 100 ml
  • salt – a pinch
