  • cottage cheese (fatty homemade) - 500 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 50 g (can be added to taste)
  • heavy cream - 1 tbsp.
  • corn starch - 2 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • milk - 100 ml.
  • lime zest - 1 pc (can be replaced with lemon or orange)
  • vanilla sugar

1. Put all the ingredients except the zest in a blender.

2. Beat the mixture until creamy.

3. Add the zest and stir.

4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
