Homemade fruit marmalade
Ingredients:
- any freshly squeezed juice to your taste - 400 ml
- stevia - 1 g
- agar-agar - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
- Squeeze the juice, pour 300 ml into agar-agar and leave it for 30 minutes.
- After the time has elapsed, add another 100 ml of juice to this mixture and stevia, put on fire, bring to a boil.
- Then add agar-agar to the boiling mixture and boil for 5 minutes.
- Pour the finished marmalade into molds, cool and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Before serving, you can decorate the marmalade with fresh rosemary.
