How to quickly salt red fish: the easiest way
Red fish can be baked, stewed, cooked on the grill, but it is most tasty and healthy when salted. It can be salted simply with salt, or you can add sugar, spices, zest, bay leaf.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very tasty lightly salted red fish, which can be eaten after 24 hours.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg fish
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- zest and bay leaf - as desired
Method of preparation:
1. Remove the skin from the fish.
2. Salt, add sugar, bay leaf and transfer fish to foil.
3. leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours!
