How to quickly preserve tomatoes for the winter without hassle: the simplest marinade
Canned tomatoes are a great snack for every day and for a festive table. If you have a lot of fresh fruit now, be sure to make this preparation. You just need to make a very simple marinade based on a variety of spices with the addition of preservatives.
The idea of cooking delicious tomatoes for the winter was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Sofia with the nickname gubenia.sofiia. The following recipe is one of the simplest, but at the same time very tasty.
Put 1.5 liters on the bottom of the jar:
- onion – 2 rings
- bay leaves – 5 pcs.
- peppercorns – 8 pcs.
Ingredients for the marinade for 3 liters of water:
- salt – 2 tbsp.
- sugar – 9 tbsp
- vinegar – 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. When the water boils, add everything.
2. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Cool the syrup.
4. Pour into jars and sterilize for 15 minutes.
5. Roll up and turn the lid down.
6. Cover with a blanket and wait for it to cool.
